What It Can Do For You
  Based on your injury, we offer many different types of modalities and exercise programs to fit your needs. InnerFit has incorporated the expertise of a physical therapist with a physician protocol to develop comprehensive rehabilitation. We also offer full body state of the art physical therapy to all our patients.  What sets InnerFit apart is the specialized training professional working so closely with the patient. We offer the supplies and tools needed to accomplish these goals including but not limited to:

  • Motion Exercises
  • Ultrasound
  • Modalities
  • Massage Therapy
  • Hot/Cold Packs
  • Soft Tissue Mobilization

Preparing For Each Visit
 On your first visit, your physical therapy will begin. Please remember to:

  • Bring your physician referral on your first visit.
  • Wear loose fitting clothing such as shorts and T-shirts on each visit.
  • Expect each visit to last 1 ½ to 2 hours.

 In conjunction with your doctor, your physical therapist will determine the frequency of your visits. If you are not able to attend a scheduled appointment, simply call ahead to reschedule your appointment.
